Watercolor is in the middle of 30A about nine miles from the start on the Destin side of 30A or nine miles from the start on the Panama City Beach side. If you are on Highway 98 between the two you can come down Highway 395 and it will take you to Watercolor. Watercolor is about 500 acres that circles the smaller beach town Seaside Beach, Fl. It has about 875 single family detached homes, around 110 condos, and some commercial. Watercolor is a uniform masterplanned community. It is a gulf front neighborhood with a beach club on the gulf, but most of the homes are a walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride to get down to the beach. Only a small amount of inventory is south of 30A. Each phase of watercolor has its own pool. There are also walking paths and pocket parks throughout the neighborhood. Along with community pools it has a beach club on the gulf and Camp Watercolor in the center of the neighborhood that has a lazy river. Homes in Watercolor have a coastal cottage design with concrete fiberboard siding and metal roofs. The homes are mostly custom builds with high end finishes.
