Jonathan Hill
Jonathan grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and vacationed from 30A to Destin every time he got a chance while growing up. He attended The University of Alabama where he double majored in finance and business management and also received a certificate in construction management. Since moving down to Florida he has worked on the development side of real estate, for a real estate attorney, and in sales. He has done hundreds of millions in transactions since getting his real estate licence. Jonathan is involved in the local community. He has been on the Realtor Political Action Committee and Realtors Young professionals Network Committee. Jonathan has served as the president of the association where he lives. In 2015 and 2016 he was an Ironman all world athlete. Jonathan put in more miles on foot on 30A than most which allowed him to learning every nook and cranny of the area.
Tammy Mitchell
I was born in California as my Dad was stationed there in the Marines. However, I was raised most of my life in Georgia. After high school I went on to Cosmetology School and would eventually open my own hair salon. I have 2 daughters and 1 son. In my free time I enjoy relaxing at the beach, paddleboarding, and being out on the boat. Life doesn't get any better than living here in paradise. I have always enjoyed helping people and would love to help you find your place in paradise too.

Carson grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, while spending a week out of every summer on 30A. She dreamed of the day she could call it home and now she finally can. After graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Science, she and her boyfriend decided to take a leap and move to their favorite vacation spot! Seeing all of the gorgeous beach homes around her, she quickly fell in love and discovered her passion was helping her clients find the perfect beach home.
