Seacrest is a resort heavy neighborhood great for a rental property. It has a pretty high density with homes, condos, and a little commercial. It feels very coastal with much of the homes being a classic coastal cottage look with fiber cement siding and metal roofs. Some of the properties and condos are a little more mediterranean.
