Prominence, FL

Prominence is located on the east end of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. It is about 3 miles in coming from the east start of 30A or about 5 miles east of Hwy 395. Prominence is approximately 70 acres with about 630 properties. Around 30 of the properties are commercial, and 600 residential. Most are townhomes but there are about 150 single family homes. Prominence has The Big Chill at the center which is a family friendly commercial space. It has boutique shops and some quick service restaurants. It also has a jumbotron and stage where it frequently has live music movies or sports. Prominence is a price point neighborhood for newer construction.
